National Student Leadership Conference
The National Student Leadership Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit, nonpartisan, education organization devoted to preparing outstanding high school students from around the world for future careers. Through our National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC), which is held on campuses across the United States, students from all across the US and over 70 countries come together to explore careers in various academic fields, develop essential leadership skills, and prepare for college. We are based in Chicago but run programs at over a dozen campuses across the United States. The mission of the National Student Leadership Conference is to provide a safe and supportive environment that encourages students to explore their academic and career interests while developing leadership skills essential for their success.
Over 80% of our staff during the summer are our former students! Many of our former students have pursued their chosen career paths and even come back as guest speakers! Through our Alumni College Scholarships we are also able to see our most recent alumni apply to and attend many of our partner universities, like Yale and UCLA.
You can see our programs and dates here: https://www.nslcleaders.org/dates-locations/
Our most popular programs include Medicine & Health Care, Engineering, and Business & Entrepreneurship. We are on campuses from Yale and Georgetown to UT Austin and UCLA. Our programs run in June, July, and August.
