“Established in 2013, Maker’s Asylum is India’s first community makerspace focused on
fostering innovation through hands-on and purpose-based learning. The space, based out of Goa, houses various labs to facilitate the prototyping of ideas that are interdisciplinary in nature, especially interventions across “Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) fields.”
